Coreduet keeps coming back

This thing "coreduet" that's related to handoff, uses about 100-150% of the CPU. It makes the laptop drain battery really quick, I tried deleting it and it did get deleted, but it just reappears every time I put my mac on sleep

what to do?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), iOS 10.1.1
