Upgraded the operating system on my iphone 5s to ios 11.1.1 and now my windows 7 pc doesn't seem to recognize my phone to download my pictures when I connect via usb cable. How do I fix this?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.1

Do you have iTunes version 12.7?
