Forgotten security questions and am unable to contact Apple
I cannot recover or reset my security questions via iforgot as I do not have a rescue email address and cannot get past the message “ We do not have sufficient information to reset your password.” I am also unable to find any way to contact the support team aside from by phonecall, which I cannot due to privacy reasons. Additionally, I’ve already redeemed a giftcard to the accout, prior to knowing I would need the security questions, so I’m reluctant to just simply create a new apple id to purchase off the itunes and appstore
I guess I can summarize this with the question of if I can contact the team without the use of phone call.
