How can I get the same messages on iPhone and Mac.
sync messages in bonjour.

Messages only syncs the iMessages accounts (if you have them set up to do so) across the devices using the same iPhone Number and same Apple ID.
The Bonjour account is for connecting Mac to Mac on your LAN
You need computers running iChat 1 through to Messages 10 in Sierra (there is no Bonjour account in High Sierra)
It only connects 1-1 (does not do group chats)
