I had to on several occasions call the Tech assistance on each time i downloaded a software update as many multiple gremlins started to surface on my IMac.
The latest 2017 issue is the new Apple Tv that i purchased a few months ago. After the software update i lost the streaming. Had an Apple tech , not one but 2 who could not identify the issue.
It is frustrating that Apple has no idea of its own products. I had to seek some private Geek to fix the issue at a cost of $158???? the best part is it took him just 20 mts to fix it ?? whilst 2 Apple Techs took hours of my time without even able to give me an proper answer.
If i dont hear from Apple re a refund... i am going to Consumer Affairs to report this and get some justice.
