I followed the instructions given in a previous answer. About erasing the contents but i can’t get into the phone to pair it nor can i sign in with my Apple ID. I’ve held the power button and waited for the power slider to appear. Held the power off and nothing happens. The words go in with the firm tap but still nothing happens. Somebody please help I have tried many times 🏾♀ I just want my watch to pair to my new iPhone. 🙄

It’s my moms old watch she has no way of getting into the account. We don’t know the code, the account information, anything. So it’s in activation lock. Can i take it to Apple and they erase the data and content from it. I still have my box and and everything. I just want my watch to work.
