Morning,

I could not save my iphone data to icloud bcs no more space but I have upgraded my icloud plan and still cannot save. Why ?

Hi Eric, sorry for my late reply. Actually I finally went to the Apple Store to solve the problem, the back up could not be done due to the one not completed in sept and it was <stuck>, now all good 🙂

Have you received an e-mail receipt and has your credit card been charged? Have you tried logging out of iCloud and back in?
