App Store appears under my wife’s Apple ID on my computer

Hello. I am perform updates on my iMac, but App Store (2.2.1) will not let me because the apple ID is under my wife’s email. I cannot delete her ID to replace with mine. This is my personal computer, any changes require my password. Can anyone help? I'm running on macOS Sierra 10.12.6.
