Question: My new Apple ID needs to be reviewed, but an error keeps occuring.
Okay, I just started an Apple ID for myself to subscribe for Apple Music.
When I signed in on my phone, I got a notification that my account needs to be reviewed.
I go through the process of having it reviewed, but I cannot move on after answering the questions for my address and phone number, because apparently I am not answering one of the supposedly listed questions.
I tried doing this from my computer with iTunes, but the same thing keeps happening, but it actually reveals the question I am not answering, which is my birthday. I use the Tab key to possibly find the hidden box for this question, but there are no more questions on the form!
What should I do?
