When you state, "my phone still seems to be in Canada" what exactly do you mean by that? Did you recently travel to Canada and back and the location/time zone hasn't changed back to Dubai?
What do you mean by, "can't access my Apple support"? Are you trying to reach them over the phone, or chat?
