How to sync new additional contacts from my iphone to gmail contacts?

Hi all,

Currently my phone's contacts are fetched well to gmail contacts, any modification from gmail is updated to contacts list in my phone correctly. However, new additional contacts I added to the phone are not updated to gmail contacts.

What should I do to sync them automatically?
