Red Bar in timeline

My entire bar is filled with a red bar. Sometimes, above the timeline is the project title and the word "(null)" next to it. The timeline is unresponsive. I cannot edit the project. Sometimes the project works on restart... Sometimes it does not. Sometimes i have to recreate the library to make the project work again... It's becoming a big issue. 😟
