Can i just take my ipad into a apple store and have them fix it. Cause i have tried everything and nothing had worked

I have tried to do the thing with itunes and it takes like 5 or more hours for me and then at the end it said it cant be updated so i couldnt restore it. So can i take it to a apple store or even best buy cause they have a apple care to get it fixed ad reset to factory settings.
