See if the letters just before the slash in its model number are AB or AE. If they are, that iPhone won't have FaceTime outside the Middle East, and would require a carrier update or recent SIM to have it in Saudi Arabia.

If you're going to be using it in Egypt, it doesn't matter; your SIM card will enable it on ones which won't normally have it. Otherwise, check the model number as described above.
