11.1.1 iPhone problem

Since the new update for the iphone 11.1 then 11.1.1

all iphone 6 and 7 are getting too much problems like hanging, off, not working, resorte

I do restores twice time per this week because the iphone 7 plus off with black screen and apple shows on the screen

none can do anything even the apple support . losing all data, twice in one week.

To when ? we need solutions ?

Did you try to restart as a new phone? Or recovered from iCloud/local backup?
