Iphone 5s

Hi,

I am using iphone5s for past 2 years. Till last month i have no issues. After the upgradation to ios 11. My iphone is getting hang after every phone call. My screen is not responding. Every time I need to swicth it off and swicth on to resolve. And battery is draining fast. Kindly resolve my issues. I am a very big fan of 5s model. I love it till date.

Hi venkat17,

Considering isn't possible to downgrade.

After upgrade to iOS11, did you try to restore phone from "zero" like "Erase All Content and Settings"?

You can find it on Settings>General>Reset.

It works for me.

Basically save your photo locally and reset. Because after reset you can download everything again. It's like start your phone as a new one.
