I Logged in to my girlfriends iCloud account on my phone to help her out with something and after I finished and logged out, all of my contacts showed up on her phone. How can i revert this?

We have different accounts. i logged out of mine on my phone and logged in with hers. I finished doing what she needed and then logged out of hers and got back into mine. everything was normal until my contacts appeared on her phone.
She will need to manually delete them.
Did you login with your Apple ID? Or are you both sharing the same ID?
She tried logging out and back in from her own account and now most of her pictures are gone. Any idea on how to recover them?
