My iPad Pro keeps freezing while using and I have to keep restarting it

How much free data storage space is left on your iPad Pro?
Ideal minimum is 2.5/3.0 GBs or greater!
Do you have scads and scads of apps in the background app switcher?
Do you use waaay tooo many active website tabs in the web browser?
In Settings app, under General, turn OFF Background App Refresh for those apps that really do not need data refreshing in the background!
