I downloaded album and it doesn’t play

I have Iphone 7. I downloaded an album from iTunes, it doesn’t appear in my library authomaticly but only after I search for it. it doesn’t play and it doesn’t give me the option to delete it, so that can re-download it again. It’s like blocked. In iTunes It appears as purchased. Any idea how I can fix this?
