In the USA, financing is offered by Barclays Bank. Basically you get a term limit zero percent loan from Barclays.
Also, most USA supported carriers offer installment options of one kind or another.
Ask at your local Apple store. Any country can be different so the current credit terms on offer will be known at the checkout point.
If you are in Europe and buying (rather than renting) from a department store or speciality store, they will also have credit terms on offer. Usually more expensive than those offered by Apple.
