A lot of apps stopped working on macOS High Sierra

Hi, I have just updated my system to the latest macOS Sierra, however I have got a lot of problems after that.

  1. Some apps automatically were uninstalled, for instance my local web server software was removed with my web project.
  2. Custom keyboard layouts now have really weird behavior, exactly the same problem is described here macos - Custom keyboard layout problem High Sierra - Ask Different
  3. MagicPrefs app doesn't work, it won't start. In the Console app I can see the following error

AEGetDescData of non-desc type 'reco' not a good idea

I am not able to work as it was before update, how can I fix these problems, or maybe rollback to the previous macOS version ?

I would be grateful for any help
