How to Power Down iPhone without power button? (Power Button alternate)

There is a way to power down without the power button in Settings > General > Shut Down

That said, without a functioning power button, how would you turn the phone back on? You likely won't be able to, so the advice above to take the phone to Apple for repair is the best suggestion.
