In order for you to change partition sizes, you will need to backup each partitions, blow out everything, start over with different partition sizes and then restore the data back to the partitions.


In macOS you can only split the last partition or forfeit the data in order to add it back to the previous partition. Another problem for you, is that now you are also blocked in by Bootcamp.
