2017 iMac 5K Wifi Connection issues

So I have the basic iMac 5K 2017, on Mac OS 10.13.1.

Im not sure when, but my iMac keeps losing connectivity to wifi.

I am certain that my wifi is not the issue since my other devices seems to work fine.

Stuff that needs constant internet connection (Netflix, chat softwares) seems to go offline

approximately every 5 minutes..

its getting SUPER annoying.

One quick fix I found is to turn off wifi and reconnect, which seems to resolve the issue temporarily.

Anyone having similar issues?

I have a 2017 iMac too and am so far, touch wood, not having any wifi issues.

One thing that might help is to go to System Preferences / Network / (click wifi) Advanced and you'll see a list of the various wifi networks available. Drag the one you want to be on to the top of the list to make sure that one is always preferred.
