Bootcamp not recognising Mac startup disk

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017)

High Sierra 10.13.1

After installing High Sierra, my Bootcamp control panel in Windows no longer recognises my Mac partition as a startup disk. I can't choose the option to restart in MacOS, so have to do it manually.

I'm also having problems running VMWare Fusion on my Bootcamp partition, and I suspect the two problems are connected.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
