Add tracks in a cd already burned
Hello there, a few days ago I accidentally brought a censored version of a cd music, can I delete all the file iside there and add some new mp3 file?

Do you mean delete ripped tracks from your computer and replace them with correct MP3,s? If so, yes you can.
You can't add new tracks to a burned cd.
