iPhone 7 IOS 11.1 is crashing after apps install

Hey guys!

Problem is really annoying. I have an iPhone 7 with the latest iOS 11.1.
And since iOS 11, every time I update an app or install new one — this app is not opening until I reboot my device.
More than that, after these installations iPhone starting to work strange and also sometimes could turn off the screen and make it impossible to turn on (I hear sounds of incoming messages). The only solution here — to make soft-reset.

I've read different topics but haven't found something like that.
Could anyone help me in this case?
