Turning of Genius

Sounds incredibly simple. Except I cannot do it. I want to add tracks to my library and in order to do so, I need to turn off Genius. iTunes says to go to File > Library > Turn Off Genius but when you navigate there, the option to turn off Genius doesn't exist (see screenshots below).

iTunes version is 12.7.1.14.

Any suggestions?
