Question: re-using iMac


I have a 2007 imac which I would like to start using again.
I want to reset it and the i will possibly have to upgrade to a newer version.
What do you recomend?

You'll need either the original install discs or a retail Snow Leopard disc Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple

Your 2008 iMac can run El Capitan but you'll need to max out the ram at 6Gb in irder for it to run well.
