iPhone 6 showing High WiFi data usage

Hello,

I have an iPhone 6 that is showing up on my Router as using 11Mbps even when no applications are running, and this is troubling as I am trying to figure out why my online Gameplay from my PC is being hammered by internet activity from another device.

I've reset the iPhone device to factory defaults recently, and dont have Background Apps enabled, it's running the latest iOS 11.1.1 instance, so I'm left wondering what to do ?
