ios 11.2 update reminder appears, though updated

Hi,

i keep on receiving a pop up message when i unlock my phone. message is on the picture , “a new ios is available, please update from IOS Beta “. Reformated my iphone but issue remains.

Is this a beta tester issue?

Does anyone has the same issue and fixed it?
