How to delete photo's from Siri's face in iwatch series 3

I have synced album with no photo's using my watch app and I can see no photo's in photo's app on iwatch. But however I can still see images when I select Siri face and also if I go to general>About I can still see number of photo's stored in iwatch.

I'm using iPhone 7 with iOS is 11.1.1 and WatchOS version 4.1

Does anyone of you face same issue? If so then share the solution.

Whilst I can't say why that is being shown, the following steps may help:

Restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:

Unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch:

If the issue then persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance::

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for the reply.

your solution helped me displaying photo's on Siri's face, but however if I go to General>About I can still see there are 5 photo's. As per my settings I have only synced empty folder and now disabled photo's under Siri's face watch.

How do I make sure it reflects 0 photos if I go to General>About. If needed I can share screenshot of my config.
