Compatible Apple Health Devices

I recently purchased the new Apple watch Nike+ and absolutely love the fitness aspect of tracking workouts and daily activity. There are activities however where wearing the watch is not possible. I referee high school basketball and wearing the watch is not acceptable. I would love to find a pocket type device that would track activity that could then sync back to apple health.
