text replacement malfunction

Every other update, I lose all my text replacement entries (30+). With 11.1.1 though, not only did I lose them, when I try to reenter them, it doesn't "remember" them. I can hit the plus sign, add the phrase and shortcut, hit Save but then it takes me right back to a blank screen. Anyone else having this issue?
