I am attempting to submit a podcast to itunes. My RSS Feed is hosted on podbean.com and whenever I submit the feed it says "Can't download episodes from your feed" I have checked with support from podbean.com and they have told me everything is working on their end. If there is a way to be walked through this I would appreciate it.

The problem is that your original filename has spaces in it. Spaces are not allowed in a URL, and though most browsers, and evidently the iTunes application, will handle this by substituting the code %20 for each space, the Store and Podcasts Connect don't.
The URL in the feed for your media file is
bingewarmers.podbean.com/mf/feed/yu4m9a/Episode%201%20Friday%20Night%20Lights%20 v.s.%20Remember%20the%20Titans.m4a
(I've removed the http:// because with it the forum software won't show the URL)
This is OK in itself, but it redirects to
/s72.podbean.com/pb/a5928e92b0a734b850e0c2f3f2105e33/5a0bf4e7/data2/fs90/2007204 /uploads/Episode 1 Friday Night Lights v.s. Remember the Titans.m4a
Podcasts Connect is seeing the URL as ending at the first space, and obviously therefore can't see the file. You need to remove the spaces - the usual thing is to substitute underscores.
