I've been having this issue for 2 days now. I thought it would fix itself, but I cannot login to apple.com, itunes, icloud or anything. Even when I try Forgot Password, or Forgot ID... Same thing. Anyone else having this issue? and it said we cannot process your request, please try again later.

iPhone 6, iOS 11.1
