Hi, I set up a separate Administrator account on my MacBook Pro for a company that I have created. Unfortunately, Apple just synchronises everything from my personal User ID to my company User ID. This is not what I wanted at all. Please advise how to correct this, I would greatly appreciate any advice out there.

Unless you intend to do "Family Sharing", each user-Id on your Mac should have its own Apple-ID account, and then there will be no such sharing.
You could also turn of that part of the synchronization.

Files. Dropbox, Drive. Not Mail.
Apple does not control Dropbox. If you use the same dropbox ID to connect to that service you will have the same Dropbox account.
In what way is Apple synchronizing your Files?
Files that are saved to the Desktop of the personal User ID are just popping up on the Desktop for the business account. I guess that's something to do with iCloud settings then?
