After upgrading to Mac OS High Sierra my Bootcamp disk no longer displays the right information. The Bootcamp disk should be 100 GB and no say Zero
KB available. Bootcamp (Windows 10) does run just fine though.

The information in the Storage panel is derived from Spotlight indexing. For Windows, I would not put any stock in what is reported. You can also validate available free space in each partition using df -h command.
Sierra is only marginally better. 'Other' is not much more significant.
From Terminal, post the output of
diskutil list
Is there any way to get the correct information back again though? At least so it's not showing that it's full?
I tried all that and it finished indexing, restarted my computer, but still no luck.
Did you index the BC/Windows partition? If yes, it takes a while for the index to build, so you may need to be patient and check in a couple of hours.
I reindexed both of them. Okay, I will check back in later.

Can you post a screen shot of what it shows now? Is there any change in the displayed information?
