Hello! I recently came across a problem: my almost new iPhone 7 doesn't inform about arrived SMS in ANY way if asleep and sound turned off. Is this correct? Ever before it provided some vibration. Display light doesn't turn on

Just did - nope. Furthermore, device sounds SMS or iMessage arrival 1/2 times when it really does even if sound is ON. One time SMS arrives and displayed correctly: display turnes on and vibes and sound, 10 seconds later another SMS arrives and iPhone remains absolutely silent as if nothing arrived.
Seems like software problem still. Cause announce on the lock screen about SMS is present
A bit more details: after extensive tweaking I found that the iPhone behaves exactly as if "Do not disturb" is turned on. But it is NOT! Turned it on and off few times with no effect! Will try recovering my iPhone from backup today.

Check your Do Not Disturb settings.
Have you tried restarting your iPhone?
Twice. Irestarted my phone twice. Even hard restart with button down and power
Next step is to Restore your iPhone from your backup.
Nope. Restoring from backup didn't help.
Any further sujjestions?
