It's not clear exactly what sort of songs you are talking about.

If you bought these songs from the iTunes Store, you can drag them into a playlist in iTunes, then right-click the playlist and choose 'Burn playlist to CD'. You will need to specify whether you want a data disk or an audio CD - only the latter will play in a conventional CD player.

If these are songs you have accessed as a subscriber to Apple Music and downloaded for offline listening, you cannot burn these to a CD. You would have to actually buy them in the usual way from the iTunes Store.
