im using iphone5 running ios 10.3.3 can i update or downgrade even to a beta version if needs be

Iphone 5 running IOS 10.3.3 Iv looked up everything possible to update or downgrade software up to date it says I know apple stopped signing 10.3.3 but is there anything I can do as I don't like this version its hard because I don't have a computer just this device is there any update or downgrade from 10.3.3 on iPhone 5!??even if I have to run a beta version how do I do so??
