How do I get back my music?

So I recently updated my iPhone 7, and since then all but 6 songs have disappeared. All of my playlist are gone. It is strange because I had purchased about 100+ songs prior to signing up for Apple Music. But all but 6 of those songs are gone. Including the laylist I created?
