office mail settings disappeared after update to 11.1.1

Hi.

I have just updated my 7plus to iOS 11.1.1.

Surprisingly my MAIL account settings deleted (this was my office email).

To reconfigure my company mail settings, it takes lot of effort and time to do so.

It’s one of the most annoying thing I have ever faced since iOS 11.

Earlier I had issues with my iPhone 7 Plus as below

1. My iPhone stuck and I was unable to hard reset, restart, power off, or anything I could find out on internet to do. Then I had to wait for battery to drain and turn off the mobile automatic.

2. Several times I had crashes to different default apps and hanging/stuck my mobile while it’s ringing hence unable to receive the call.

Could some help me and how can I Report this to Apple?
