I'm using series 1 Apple Watch & I would like to know whether I can get JUMP ROPE Workout on my apple watch.

I'm posting a screenshot of a friend's activity in fb. I wonder how did he get it.

I suggest that you ask your friend which third-party app they used to record their workout on their Apple Watch.
