I'm need help with getting my iPhone replaced do I need to come there to the store iv called att. Says the iPhone is on apple its need four working with apple

Phone is in lake. Need replaced for some reason I cant get someone to talk. To me straight I got insurance on it

Apple does not offer any insurance plan that would replace a phone that is lost in a lake. It does offer AppleCare+ which covers accidental damage repair for a small fee but does not cover a lost phone. See: AppleCare+ - iPhone - Apple

AT&T does offer insurance plans that cover lost phones. See: AT&T® Official - Unsupported Browser Page
