Appreciate ur response and guidance.

My competence on apple products is that of a beginner.

My device started to becoming erratic in performance. I tried to diagnose it but made not much headway.

I wanted to go to factory setting and then later update it to kill the bug, if any. It was during this process that

something went wrong and put me in trouble. The icons disappeared and except for manual call or message

other feature r not accessable. Unlike windows system I felt lost in apple and sought help.

I like thank for ur time and help. I shall try if I can sort it out.
