Question

All Outlook iCloud folders disappeared on PC

After working for some months, all the Outlook folders (contacts, tasks, etc.) disappeared from the Outlook window. What was left was Trash and Search Folders. The Trash folder had the entries I'd seen there before.

iCloud.com still has all the folders and data.

Went through a full uninstall/install of iCloud on the PC, including the Outlook setup. Still have only Trash and Search folders, but now the Trash folder is empty.

iCloud sync with my iPhone seems fine.

iPhone SE, iOS 10.3.3, iCloud

An update: Ran a full reinstall of Office (including Outlook), and ran the iCloud install again. It looked from the progress bar that it was downloading content; it even gave a count of the entries being downloaded.

Same result from inside Outlook.. Get a Trash folder and Search Folders in iCloud, but no contacts, etc.
