Since upgrading to High Sierra I can't use the new 2 level security to log into the cloud

Upgraded to High Sierra. Now can't log into Apple as it won't accept the 6 digit level 2 security code that I was assigned.

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

Hello paul from cbs,

It sounds like you need help logging into iCloud on your Mac. I don’t blame you for seeking a solution - it’s important to have your device running the way you want. You’re in the right place to find a resolution.

Here is a resource that can help:

Two-factor authentication for Apple ID

Let me know if this helps.
Take care
