Don't post your email address (unless you like spam emails), you already know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, not iTunes Support nor Apple.
I assume that you've looked at your iTunes account's purchase history and that nothing shows on it (if they do show on your iTunes account you should have contacted iTunes Support first and not the bank, by doing that you may have got your account permanently disabled).
