Is there an Apple App designed to convert the camera into a projector?

Instead of purchasing additional hardware to project WiFi/Bluetooth movies, is there an Apple app that allows the iPhone/iPad cameras to serve as a projector?

I’d like to display movies directly from my phone onto a wall.
